Why we publish this

esimchart.com is an independent comparison platform funded entirely by affiliate commission. To keep our service free for users, we partner with eSIM providers via affiliate networks (Awin, Impact) and direct agreements (Yesim). This page documents every partner, every cookie length and exactly how money flows — so you can audit our independence yourself.

What does affiliate funding mean concretely?

When you buy an eSIM plan via a link on esimchart.com, we receive a small commission from the provider — typically 5–15% of the plan price. There is no markup or extra cost for you — the price you pay is identical to a direct purchase. The provider pays us out of their own marketing budget; you pay nothing extra.

Does commission influence our ranking?

No. Our plan ratings are based exclusively on the five criteria documented on our methodology page:

• Price per GB (real $/GB or $/day)
• Coverage (countries and carrier partnerships)
• Speed (5G availability, real LTE throughput)
• Activation (QR-code quality, setup time)
• Support (response time, channels, refunds)
• Provider trust (independent reviews, market presence)

Higher commission does not result in better placement. Plans with the lowest commission can become Best Deal — and frequently do. We have ranked Yesim plans behind Simbye and vice versa depending on the country, even though commission rates differ between them.

Current affiliate partnerships

As of May 2026, esimchart works with the following partners:

Brokered providers include Simbye, eSIMania, Tourisim, Yesim and Reise Sim Karten — with applications pending at Airalo, Holafly and Saily as of May 2026. All Awin partnerships run under Publisher ID 381079. The Yesim partnership uses Partner ID 4465, Sub-ID 427, 30-day cookie.

How affiliate links are labeled

• External provider links carry rel="sponsored nofollow" per Google guidelines.
• The CTA “Get plan” or “View provider” routes via /go/<provider> for click tracking.
• Cookies are set on click only after explicit consent (Klaro cookie banner, GDPR-compliant).
• Country-page rankings show price first, then provider name, never “sponsored” ad slots.

Who decides what is recommended?

Mustafa Yigit, owner of esimchart.com, has final editorial responsibility. Every comparison reflects an actual editorial decision applied through the ranking algorithm — not an automated commission ranking. Regional editors author country pages and the tech reviewer verifies plan attributes. The owner does not personally edit individual plan rankings.

Independence safeguards

• No editorial-by-payment: providers cannot pay to feature in articles.
• Commission rates are not visible on the public ranking surface.
• Best-Deal logic is open source — documented under methodology.
• Audit trail: price changes are logged with a timestamp.
• User reviews are unfiltered — we do not delete negative feedback.

What this page is not

This is not a guarantee that every plan listed is the cheapest available globally. We list partners we have access to via affiliate networks plus a few non-affiliate references for context. If a non-partner provider has a clearly better deal in a country, we still link to them informationally — but cannot process the booking through our affiliate stream.
