esimchart is a small editorial team — direct email is the fastest channel. We do not run a phone hotline; that lets us respond carefully to written inquiries instead of being interrupted constantly. For all matters except eSIM activation problems (see below), email us at:
We usually respond within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, central European time). For urgent matters, mark the subject line with [URGENT] — we monitor it more frequently.
What you can email us about
- Plan question: not sure which eSIM to pick for a destination? Send us the country, dates and your phone — we respond with a recommendation.
- Provider feedback: good or bad experience with a provider? We relay it to the partner and may update our rating.
- Correction: wrong data on a country page or in our compatibility list? Please flag it with a screenshot.
- Affiliate partnership: eSIM provider interested in working with us? Send your partnership details — we onboard fast for relevant brands.
- Press inquiries: media questions about the eSIM market or our methodology — same address, normally answered same day.
- SEO / link partnership: if your domain is a relevant travel publication, we are open to collaborations.
Where NOT to email us
eSIM activation problems are best solved on our help page first. We are not the eSIM provider — we cannot release plans, refund unused data or re-issue QR codes. Please head to /en/guide/hilfe. The 12 most common issues are documented with concrete fixes. If your specific problem is not solved there, contact your eSIM provider directly via their support email (in your purchase confirmation). We can mediate, but the provider has to release the plan.
